Recent Research
In support of our core belief that resilience can be learned, we are engaging in a series of research projects quantifying the benefits of providing mental health resilience workshops to nurses and nursing students.
We reported on phase one of this research at the WeRPN Conference in Toronto, October 23-24, 2025 and phase two at the PRHC Nursing Symposium in Peterborough, May 13th, 2026.
